Early in the morning, as millions of people rush to work, "night owls" lie motionless. They tend to wake up between 10-11 am, and they generally head to bed at 2 am, 3 am, or later. Such a schedule is necessary if you are a shift worker or you want to maintain a dubgoing lifestyle. But such a schedule 's a major disruption in the lives of 9-5 workers, stay-at-home parents, and anyone else who has daytime obligations. Being a "night owl" will surely disrupt one's career and personal life.
