于“真教”中带动“实学”——高职会计专业实训课程教学思考 被引量:6

摘要 会计实训课程是以工作或问题为导向的教学过程,其依据高职会计专业培养的"实践性"目标定位,而在课程体系中占有重要地位,同时其在高职教育之"凝炼办学特色"的办学目标中发挥着不可替代的作用。只有在实训教学中秉承与时俱进、与时俱变的教学理念,将教学做融合一体,在"做"中着重于实践能力、就业能力与创新能力的开拓,教师于"真教"中带动学生"实学",强化职业能力培养,使其在市场竞争中脱颖而出,才能真正实现毕业与就业零过渡,这也正是高职院校会计专业核心竞争力之根本所在。 The account training class is focus on problems in practice. It bases on vocational and technical colleges' professional culture target location which emphasizing practice, and plays an important part on course system. It also irreplaceable in vocational and technical college's running target which aims at elegant running characteristics. Only based on the idea of keeping pace with the times, combining teaching with learning, putting emphasis on practical ability, employ ability and innovation ability, impelling true learning by real teaching, strengthening the culture of vocational ability and making it stand out in market competition, can achieve smooth transition between graduation and employment, which is the core competitiveness of vocational and technical colleges' accounting profession.
