走出大学生心理教育的“救治”误区 被引量:1

On the Transformation from "Treatment" into Psychological Education of College Students

摘要 人们习惯于把高校心理教育视为解决学生心理问题,稳定管理秩序,预防极端事件发生的一种途径和手段,结果心理教育变成针对极少数有心理障碍、心理问题的学生进行的心理诊治,而广大学生则被排斥在心理教育之外。要使心理教育走出心理"救治"的误区,心理工作者必须把重点放在如何引导全体学生全面认识自我,认识社会,提高心理适应能力和各种素质上,因为心理咨询的目的不是解决少数人的心理障碍,而是保证全体学生积极健康的发展。 College psychology education is usually regarded as a way of solving students'psychological problems, stabilizing management order and preventing extremes. Consequently, psychology education becomes a treatment aiming at the minority of students who have psychological troubles, with the majority of students being excluded from psychology education. To transform "treatment" into education, psychological workers must focus on how to guide all the students to know themselves, to understand the society and how to improve their psychological acclimatization and various qualities, since the purpose of psycholoy consultation is not to solve the psychological problems of the minority, but to ensure the positive and healthy development of the majority.
