经济欠发达地区信息技术发展现状及原因分析

Status quo and reason analysis of development of information technology in underdeveloped areas

信息技术的普及有利于提高全体国民的素质,促进创新人才的培养,是实现国家教育现代化的重要手段,然而信息技术在经济欠发达地区的发展状况却严重阻碍了教育的信息化。本文通过对这类地区的信息技术发展状况的考察研究,总结其发展的现状并探究了原因,在此基础上提出了一些建议,希望能对经济欠发达地区的信息技术的发展提供一些参考。

The popularization of information technology is conducive to improve the quality of all citizens and promote the cultivation of creative talents,so it is an important means to make the modernization of education in our country come ture.. However, informationization of education is severly hampered by current state of information technology in underdeveloped areas. After investigating these areas,this text summed up the status quo, research into the reason, and put forward some proposals, in the hope of providing reference to the development of information technology in areas of this kind.
