摘要
行政问责这一概念是一个舶来品,它伴随着现代责任政府而产生,近些年在我国逐渐起步,从2003年SARS风波到今年的山西黑煤窑事件,行政问责制在树立政府公信力方面起到了重要作用,但是纵观行政问责制这几年在我国的发展,其存在的问题也是多方面的,本文通过对现阶段我国行政问责制运行过程中存在的问题分析,提出了完善行政问责制的若干建议。
The concept of administrative accountability is an exotic, which is accompany nowadays duty government in our country. From SARS crisis on 2003 to Shanxi illegal coal pit event this year, the system of administrative accountability plays an important part on setting up governmental credibility. But according to its development this years in our country, there still has much problems. The paper through analyzing problems occurred in service, proposing some advice to perfect it.
