国际灾难救援中全科护理模式下的人员配置结构

Personnel Frame of All-round Nursing Model in International Disaster Rescue

目的通过分析参与地震医疗救护护理人员的组成结构状况,研究总结全科护理管理模式应用于灾难医学救援护理人员的合理配置,进而有针对的进行强化培训。方法回顾国际救援工作记录,分析全科护理管理模式下护理人员结构及其在救援现场的救护工作。结果将全科护理管理模式应用于灾难现场救援,开展多种形式的救护工作,取得了较好的效果,成功救治了4名幸存者。结论护理复合型人才在灾害救援现场发挥重要作用,应进一步针对灾难现场伤员特点加强护理人员专业培训。

Objective To analyze personnel frame of nursing staff in earthquake, and summarize application of all-round nursing model in international disaster rescue. Methods Medical records were reviewed the personnel frame and performance record in all-round nursing model were analyzed. Results It was effective to apply all-round nursing model in international disaster rescue. The chinese search and rescue team saved four survivors,and our medical workers carried out different emergency medical treatment. Conclusion All-round nursing model plays a very important role in the rescue. We should strengthen nurse training according to the characteristics of disaster rescue.
