婴儿麻疹9例临床特点分析

Analysis of clinical characteristics of 9 infant measles

目的：探讨当前婴儿麻疹的流行病学特点和临床特点。方法：分析研究我院2008年7月份9例婴儿麻疹的发病情况。结果：婴儿麻疹发病月龄提前，最小3个月，大部分有并发症，麻疹临床表现不典型，夏季发病。结论：婴儿麻疹发病月龄趋小，多合并严重并发症，发病季节不确定，建议计划免疫初种月龄提前。

Objective：Discussing the epidemiological and clinical characteristics of present infant measles. Methods：Analyzing the disease of 9 patients appeared in July, 2008 in our unit. Results ： It shown that the happening time of infant measles moves forward and the earliest measles were observed during 3 - month - age. There are complications in most of ill infants and the clinical signs of measles are not typical in summer season. Conclusions： The happening of infant measles towards earlier with uncertainty of seasons and most of them have severely complications. So, I suggest that it should be vaccinated earlier.
