摘要
目的:研究影响大学生心理健康的同伴交往和一般自我教能感两个因素。方法:随机选取8个班对640名大学生进行一般自我效能感、同伴交往和90项症状自评量表问卷调查。结果:发现大学生同伴交往和一般自我效能感与心理健康状况显著负相关,并且社会喜好和自我效能感可以预测23.0%的心理健康状况:结论:提示在教育过程中改善大学生同伴交往水平和提高一般自我效能感是维护和增进大学生心理继康的有效途径。
Objective:The researches are made on two factors which influence peer interactions and general self - efficacy of college students'mental health in this paper. Methods:640 students in 8 classes are selected randomly and questionnaire investigation with regard to general self - efficacy, peer interactions and symptom checklist ( SCL - 90 ) is performed. Results : The results show that the students'mental health status presents obviously negative correlation with peer interactions and general self - efficacy. At the same time social preferences and self - efficacy can predict 23.0% of the mental health status. Conclusions : It indicates that in the education process to improve students'peer interactions and to raise the general level of self - efficacy is the effective way to maintain and promote college students'mental health.
