经股静脉穿刺卵圆窝建立猪卵圆孔未闭模型

摘要 目的探讨猪卵圆孔未闭实验动物模型的建立方法。方法选用20只广西巴马小型猪,体重(28.20±3.87)kg,X线透视下经皮股静脉穿刺卵圆窝,扩张管及球囊扩张,建立卵圆孔未闭动物模型。结果1只小型猪穿刺失败放弃手术,19只小型猪成功建立卵圆孔未闭模型,其中1只小型猪术中发现心包横窦内出现造影剂储留,后透视见造影剂消失。术后所有动物模型均未出现并发症。术后第1天2只小型猪的大体解剖测量卵圆孔大小分别为0.45cm×0.36cm、0.47cm×0.33cm。结论经皮股静脉穿刺卵圆窝建立卵圆孔未闭动物模型,创伤小,重复性好。 Objective To investigate the feasibility of establishing an animal model of patent foramen ovale (PFO) in piglets by percutaneous fossa ovalis puncture and balloon dilation. Methods Twenty majority piglets were selected ,which body weight were (28.20±3.87)kg. Under guidance of fluoroscopy, astandardized percutaneous fossa ovalis puncture and balloon dilation was conducted in 20 piglets under general anesthesia.Results A piglet was given up because of a defeating puncture. Artificial PFO was successfully created in other piglets and verified by fluoroscopy. No major complication was meeted with except that one in which sinus pericardii contrast medium was discovered. In two piglets that had early autopsy, the artificial foramen was measured size was 0.45 cm×0.36 cm and 0.47 cm×0.33 cm. Conehtsion Artificial creation of PFO in piglets is feasible by percutaneous atrial septal puncture and balloon dilation.
