县域人力资本结构与产业结构优化研究

Study on Optimization of Human Capital and Industrial Structure in the County Area

文章从产业经济学的角度,以广东省为例对县域人力资本结构与产业结构的特征进行分析,发现广东省县域人力资本结构与产业结构发展不协调,人力资本结构区域内发展不均衡等问题。要解决这些问题,应合理进行产业定位,提升农业产业化水平,促进第三产业发展。

The article describes the characteristics of the human capital and industrial structure in the county area of Guangdong Province. The development of the human capital and industria structure in the county area of Guangdong Province is not coordinately, meanwhile, the distribution of human capital industrial branches in the county area is out of balance. To solve these problems, we should set the proper industrial position, improve the level of agricultural industry, promote the development of the third industry.
