On Development of Mao Zedong's Thought of Making Overall Consideration from the View of Scientific Development

毛泽东统筹兼顾思想萌芽于新民主主义革命时期,形成于社会主义建设的探索时期;它包括了世界观、一般方法论和具体方法三个层次,对于当时的经济生产和社会建设起到了积极的作用。科学发展观是新一代党的领导集体研究新情况、解决新问题提出的创新理论成果,其根本方法也是统筹兼顾;它从理论定位、理论形态和具体方法的内涵三个方面发展了毛泽东统筹兼顾思想。

Mao Zedong＇s thought of making overall consideration germinated during the period of Newdemocratic Revolution and finally formatted in 1949 -1976. The thought contains three layers which are world viewpoint, general methodology and concrete methods. It is significant to the economy and society construction at that time. The view of scientific development is a theoretical achievement got by the new generation of central collective leadership when studying new situation and solving new prob- lems. Its fundamental method is also making overall plans and taking all factors into consideration. The view of scientific development has developed Mao Zedong＇s thought on three aspects which are theoretical location, form and connotation of concrete methods.
