摘要
从组织行为学角度看,制约非公有制企业党建工作的主要原因在于:各级党委和非公有制企业党组织对于企业主和党员职工缺乏相应的激励措施,从而导致这两大群体对于非公有制企业党建工作持冷淡态度。因此,在具体的实践环节中,建议对企业主加强目标激励,对党员职工加强精神激励和物质激励,同时应建立良好的激励制度。
From the aspect of organizational behavior, the main reason for the restriction of the non-pub- lic enterprises Party construction is that Party committees and Party organizations of non-public enter- prises do not work out some motivation policies to private entrepreneurs and Party member staff, which leads to the indifferent attitude of those two groups towards Party construction work. Therefore, in the practice of Party construction in the non-public enterprises, it is necessary to strengthen the objectives motivation to private entrepreneurs, the material and spiritual motivation to Party member staff. And what is more, the establishment of the appropriate system of motivation is very important.
