On Construction of Harmonious Party Branch of University Students:A Complex System Perspective

高校学生党支部是个复杂性系统,体现了涌现性、开放性、耗散结构、非线性、自组织性。通过竞争使学生党支部处于远离平衡态的非线性区域,通过涨落,产生序参量和伺服的协调机制,形成从无序性向有序性(或低级有序性向高级有序性)地自组织过程来构建和谐党支部;形成和谐党支部建设工作的非线性理念,并利用学生党支部的开放性特征构建和谐党支部。

Party branch of university students is a complicated system characteristic of emerging in large numbers, dissipative structure, being open and non-linear, and voluntarily organizing. Students＇ Party branch can be set in the non-linear area far from balanced state through competition; order parameter and servo incorporated system can be formed through increasing and decreasing, thus to follow the process of voluntary organizing from disorder to order, or from lower level to higher level of order. The non-linear concept of constructing harmonious Party branch should be established, and the feature of being open of students＇ branch be utilized in order to construct a harmonious Party branch.
