指出小城镇建设是加快建设农村先进生产力体系和解决"三农"问题的根本途径,分析了沁水县小城镇建设发展现状及存在的问题,提出了加快小城镇建设,推动全县经济发展的措施,从而推动小城镇的健康发展。
