摘要
介绍了六边形孔蜂窝梁的制作情况,提出了六边形孔蜂窝梁的稳定性验算方法及其影响因素,讲述了蜂窝梁最佳扩张比的确定方法,由此来选择合理的截面几何尺寸,以获得较大的抗弯刚度和承载能力,从而达到节约材料的目的。
The paper introduces the facture of castellated beam with hexagon aperture in nowadays, presents the checking computations methods and the effect factors of the whole stability, the ascertained method of the best outspread ratio is also introduced in this paper, so the sizes of the cross-section will be chosen reasonably in order to have a better flexurel stiffness and loading capadty and to meet the needs of saving materials.
