从建筑师在房地产开发过程中所起作用的重要性出发,论述了房地产开发诸多要素及相互关系,说明了一个好的地产品牌是各种要素的优化组合,从而充分抓住市场机遇,促进房地产市场的健康发展。
The paper started from the importance of architect in domain development process, every factors of real estate exploration and interdependence were illustrated, which stated that a good domain product was optimization combination of every factors, therefore caught fully market opportunities and promoted domain market health development.
