摘要
利用挤压铸造制备了氧化铝/铝硅合金复合材料,在扫描电镜上观察了复合材料中的共晶硅形貌,探讨了共晶硅变质机理。复合材料中的氧化铝纤维在铝硅共晶体的共生生长过程中,可触发孪晶,导致纤维附近的共晶硅呈变质形态。
Alumina/aluminum-silicon alloy composites are manufactured by squeeze casting. The morphology of the eutectic silicon in the composite is observed on the scanning electronic microscope, and the modified mechanism of the eutectic silicon in the composite is approached. The alumina fiber in the composite can trigger twin during the coupled growth of aluminum-silicon eutectic and lead to the modification of the eutectic silicon near the fiber.
