摘要 目的:探讨盆腔MR增强扫描中,应用LAVA多期动态扫描技术与既往使用传统FSPGR技术相比较的优势。材料与方法:收集本院2007年1月~2008年5月间临床手术证实为宫颈癌的患者39例,手术前行盆腔MR平扫和增强扫描检查。随机分为病例组和对照组。病例组30例,增强扫描采用LAVA多期动态扫描技术;对照组9例,采用传统FSPGR技术。分别观察肿瘤的位置、大小、信号特征、浸润范围及累及宫旁的情况,并将MR所见进行影像学分期,同时与临床及病理分期进行对比分析。结果:LAVA扫描技术在判断宫颈癌发生部位的准确性为100%,判断宫颈癌分期总的准确性为93.3%。使用传统FSPGR技术在判断宫颈癌发生部位的准确性为88.9%,判断宫颈癌分期总的准确性为77.8%。结论:MR采用LAVA技术进行多期动态增强扫描,对宫颈癌的分期具有较高的价值,因此可用于宫颈癌的术前分期。 objective: To explore the dominant of LAVA technique with traditional FSPGR technique in pelvis MR enhanced imaging. Materials and methods: 39 patients with cervical cancer were performed pelvis MR unenhanced and enhanced scan with GE HD 1.5T MR imaging systems. Body multi-channel loop were performed. 30 patients were scanned with LAVA multi-phase dynamic scanned technique, and 9 patients were scanned with FSPGR technique as constract group. MR images were analyzed for location, size, signal characteristics, extension of the primary tumor and surrounding tissue. MR findings were compared with surgical pathologic findings. Results: The accuracy of MR imaging with LAVA technique in determination of tumor location was 100% and the total accuracy was 93.3%. The accuracy of MR imaging with FSPGR technique in determination of tumor location was 88.9% and the total accuracy was 77.8%. Conclusion: Pelvis MR enhanced imaging with LAVA multi-phase dynamic scanned technique could evaluate cervical cancer and could stage on preoperative.
