摘要
瞬态表面温度传感器动态校准系统利用脉冲激光使热源表面产生温升,通过被校传感器和红外探测器同时对此热源测量结果的对比来校准温度传感器的动态响应。本文介绍了激光在瞬态表面温度传感器动态核准系统中的应用原理、系统组成和实验结果。实验表明,脉冲激光作为热源用于该校准系统是可行的。
A system used for dynamic calibration of transient surface temperature transducer is studied. For a heat source which is heated up to high temperature by a pulse laser, the dynamic response of ternperature sensor is calibrated in the system by means of comparison of the result measured by a temperature sensor to be calibrated with that measured simultaneously by an infrared detector. In this paper, the principle of laser application to the dynamic calibration system for transient surface temperature transducer, composition of the system and experiment results are given. The experiment data show that using pulse laser as an exciting source in the system is feasible.
