摘要
本文报告了甲基丙烯酸β-羟乙酯低温辐射聚合固定抗癌药物的研究结果。探讨了亲水性单体、疏水性单体、交联剂、辐射剂量以及聚合物结构、药物含量等因素对固定抗癌药物氟尿嘧啶释放速率的影响,研究发现氟尿嘧啶的释放遵从扩散机制,释放的质量分数(w)与释放时间(t)之间,有W∞t^(0.5)的关系。对于丝裂霉素、平阳霉素等抗癌药物的慢释放体系也作了初步研究。
The controlled release anticancer drug-copolymer composites weremade by radiation-induced copolymerization at low temperature. The release rate andamount of drug can be controlled by regulating the content of hydrophilic or hydrophobic monomer and cross-linking reagent in drug-copolymer composite and by chang-ing tbe radiation dose and drug content. The pore structure of composite may be pro-mote the release rate. The diffuse mechanisms of drug were discussed.
