卵巢癌细胞MTT法对化疗药物敏感性的研究

Research of chemotherapy drug susceptibility to ovary tumor cells by MTT method

目的:研究卵巢癌细胞对化疗药物的敏感性,从而指导临床用药。方法:选用临床上常用的20种化疗药物,应用3-(4,5-二甲基-2-噻唑)-2,5-二苯基四氮唑溴盐(MTT)法,严格无菌操作,对20例卵巢实体肿瘤细胞进行化疗药药敏测定。结果:表明同一肿瘤细胞对不同化疗药物的敏感性各不相同,与药物对体内肿瘤细胞的杀伤作用呈正相关。结论:药敏结果与临床用药吻合率高,可以很好地指导临床个体化化疗。

Objective： To study the chemotherapy drug susceptibility to ovary tumor cells,then provide reference to clinical drug use. Methods： Selected twenty kinds of chemotherapy drugs commonly used in clinical medicine and twenty kinds of ovary tumor cells,then detected the susceptibility of chemotherapy drugs to ovary tumor cells by MTT methods in sterile circumstances. Results： Same ovary tumor cells showed different susceptibility to different chemotherapy drugs,the susceptibility had positive correlation with the killing effect of chemotherapy drugs to tumor cells in vivo. Conclusion： There is high accordance rate between the drug sensitive test and clinical drug use, then can effectively guide the clinical drug use.
