摘要
介绍了一套适用于高温持久强度试验所用的炉温微机集散控制系统。该系统软件是多任务、多界面的操作系统,能同时对32台加热炉控制管理,实现了对高温持久试验全过程的计算机监控和控制。介绍了高温持久试验意义和方法。系统采用专家PID控制,能对系统作出预测,减少系统振荡和超调量,还可处理带有误差或不完善的一类数据,所用集散式控制吸取了群控和分立控制的优点,大大提高了高温持久试验的自动化程度。
A set of distributed microcomputer system for high-temperture and long-time strenghth tests of furnace is briefly described . This operater system is more tasks and more interracial .It can data management thirty-two heatingfurnaee in simultaneous ,The whole test procedure control is computerized . The meaning and method of the high-temperture and long- time strenghth tests is introduced . Expert PID control has the function of forecast ,so the system has less oscillatory . It takes advantage of distributed control and scattered control . The automation of the work is important .
