摘要
针对目前煤矿企业普遍使用的电动机软起动器存在的问题,提出了两方面的改进措施。对主电路,用PWM电路取代传统的相控式SCR电路;对控制电路,提出采用锁相技术获得同步信号,以提高软起动器的抗干扰能力。
In this paper,two measures are presented to solve the problem of motors soft starter,which is now widespread in use in coal mine. One is that the power circuit of phase shift controlled SCR is replaced by that of PWM IGBT;another is that the phase-locked technology is introduced to obtain the synchronous signals in the control circuit, to raise anti-jamming properties of soft starter.
