摘要
重点对煤矿皮带机滚动轴承在运转状态的检测与故障诊断进行研究。推荐采用第二代小波解调分析法和混合智能诊断法,效果会更为显著。
In view of existing question of the belt conveyor's rolling bearing in the coal mine, this paper proposed that it is necessary to carry on the condition monitoring and the failure diagnosis. Besides, this paper has analyzed the existing technical deficiency, proposed two new methods, the second generation wavelet and the mix intelligence diagnosis, and pointed out the superiority of using these two methods.
