张力减径机快速齿接手在生产过程中常会遇到内齿圈不能回弹复位的故障。针对设计一台十二机架微张力减径机时,分析了产生这种故障的原因,对其进行了改进设计。改进后的快速齿接手回弹啮合顺利,生产中取得了良好的效果。

The quick gear coupler of a stretch reducing mill often come across the problem that the inner gear of the quick gear coupler can not spring out to the place where it should be. The paper analyzed the problem and modified it when designing a Twelve-housing slight stretchl reducing mill. After modification ,the inner gear of the quick gear coupler worked smoothly and easily. It made a great effect in producing.
