摘要 简述了齿轮加工技术的简史,介绍了渗碳、淬火硬齿面齿轮的成形磨齿及加工中齿根出台问题,并提出解决办法。还对渐开线圆柱齿轮副啮合起始圆直径进行了浅析,提出了成形磨齿可用齿根圆直径的计算方法,该计算在硬齿面齿坯加工刀具设计中具有重要作用。 This paper simply introduces the development of gear processing technology,and expound the carburize, quenching in the hard tooth face gear plunge grinding and the root tooth generate slip mark in the processing, and proposes the solution.It presents the caculation method of the mating meshing gear's initialize circle diameter and the plunge grinding available root cirele diameter.It has a vital role in the hard tooth gear processing cutting tool design.
