摘要
分析了软绕组端部的形状,比较了扁铜线端部的弧长、角度的两种算法,并介绍了转子扁线一头弯与两头弯的不同,以及同级数可调绕线模的原理及其应用.这些方法对电机线圈的设计起到了很好的指导作用,有助于提高电机产品质量。
This paper analyzes shape of mush winding end, compared with two kinds of calculation methods of Long and Angle of sheet copper arc, and introduces the differences of one end or two ends bend of rotor sheet copper, the design idea and implementation of the same pole adjustable winding mould. These methods produces the good function of direction to winding design, administer to improve quality of the motor,
