摘要
介绍φ460 Assel机组(微)张力减径机的传动原理、轧制过程及自动控制系统的构成和原理。同时对系统的硬件结构、软件设计思想、程序组成进行了阐述,并简述了系统的功能及特点。
This paper introduces the drive principle, production technics and rolling process, automation control system constitution and principle, of the （slight） stretch reducing mill of Ф460mm assel complex in a steel corporation＇of HuBei Province, which are designed and produced by TZCE CO.,LTD. At one time, the hardware structure, the design concept of system software, the program constitution as well as the system function feature are summarized.
