摘要
挤压机的框架是主机结构中主要部件之一,它的稳定性直接关系到挤压横梁的导向精度和各主工作缸工作环境的好坏。目前大型挤压机普遍采用预应力框架结构。文章对不锈钢挤压机框架采用有限元法进行实体模型计算分析,进而评定框架的强度和刚度稳定性,达到优化框架结构的目的。
