止血海绵预防干槽症的临床观察

Clinical observation for hemostasis sponge to prevent the dry socket

目的:临床使用斯泰可Stypro止血海绵预防拔牙后干槽症。方法:178例拔除下颌阻生齿患者被随机分成两组,治疗组使用斯泰可Stypro止血海绵,对照组未使用任何药物,对两组患者疗效进行比较。结果:治疗组中100例患者在使用斯泰可Stypro止血海绵后,1例发生干槽症(发生率为1%)。而在对照组78例患者中有13例干槽症发生(发生率为16.70%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于下颌后牙尤其是阻生齿拔除术之后,建议使用斯泰可Stypro止血海绵以预防干槽症的发生。

Objective To observe the effect of hemostasis spouge （Stypro） to prevent the dry socket after exodontias. Methods： 178 paints who reoelved to extract the third anolar were randomized to be divided into two groups. In the treatment group hemostasis sponge （Stypro） were applied post-extraction , on the contrary, in the control group no drug to be used. The two groups results were comparison by statistic analysis. Remflts ：In the treatment group 100 cases were observed, only one case happened dry socket （1%）, wheneas among the 78 cases in the control group, 13 patients occurred dry socket （16.70%）, the two groups had significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Hemostasis sponge （Stypro） ean prevent effectively the dry socket occurring post extract the third molar.
