摘要
在价值分析理论的基础上,提出采用AHP分析法对JDX-100型机械镀锌主机进行了功能权重分析,结果表明,JDX-100型机械镀锌主机动力部件价值系数大于1,成本过低;送料部件的价值系数小于1,功能和成本不适合,并分别给出相应的解决措施。
Based on the theories and methods of the value analysis, an analysis of the function weight about a JDX-100-type machinery galvanized main engine is given by ANP method.The experiment result shows that when the main power parts value factor of the JDX-100-type machinery galvanized main engine is greater than i, the cost will too low; meanwhile, when the Value factor of the feed components is less than 1, the function won＇t match to the cost, and the appropriate solution are given.
