通过介绍了Assel轧管机的工作原理,分析了目前Assel轧管机出口台的几种结构,提出现有轧机长导向辊出口台的优缺点,并针对其缺点进行了一些改进,解决了长导向辊的径向震动和轴向攒动等问题。

This paper simply introduces the operational principle and advantages of assel mill , analyses several structures of assel mill outlet at present,and makes a discussion in chief about the advantages and the disadvantages of long-guided roller of assel mill. The disadvantages have been optimized and the problem of radial dithering and axis leaping will be solved .
