食管癌患者血浆D-二聚体含量分析的临床意义

Plasma Level of D-Dimer in Patients with Esophageal Cancer and the Clinical Significance

目的:检测食管癌患者手术前血浆DD-二聚体(dimer,DD)水平,并探讨其临床意义。方法:采用透射比浊的光学法定量测定98例食管癌患者术前DD水平,统计学处理采用t检验。结果:食管癌患者术前的DD水平明显高于正常对照组,并且随着肿瘤恶性程度增加而升高。结论:DD检测方法迅速、简便、敏感性高,可作为食管癌辅助诊断及判断预后的一项可靠指标。

Objective： To investigate the level of D - Dimer in patients with esophageal cancer and the clinical significance. Method：The blood plasma levels of D - Dimer were assayed in 98 cases of patients with esophageal cancer before operation by turbidimetry method. All data was analyzed using t - test method Result： It was found that the blood plama level of D - Dimer was obviously higher than that of controls, the differences were significant. And the level of D - Dimer increased with the degree of malignant tumor. Conclusion ： D - D detection method is quick, simple and high sensitivity. And D - Dimer might be used as a reliable indicator to diagnose esophageal cancer and evaluate the efficacy of therapy.
