输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石联合体外冲击波碎石治疗上尿路结石的临床研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石联合体外冲击波碎石(ESWL)用于治疗上尿路结石的疗效。方法:对280例上尿路结石患者采用该法治疗的情况进行回顾性分析。结果:结石总排净率为96.4%(270/280),其中肾铸形结石排净率为86.6%(26/30),输尿管结石排净率为97.6%(244/250),并发症主要为输尿管穿孔及顽固血尿,占4.2%(12/280)。结论:采用此联合方法治疗上尿路结石的排净率高、损伤少、可有效地避免开放手术的痛苦。 Objective: To study the effect of the treatment for upper ureteral calculi with pneumatic lith- otripsy under ureteroscopy combined with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy. Method: 280 cases with up- per ureteral calculi were treated their data were reviewed. Result : The total efficacy rate was 96.4% ( 270/ 280 } , the efficacy rate of staghorn renal calculi was 86.6% (26/30) , the efficacy rate of ureterolith calculi was 97.6% { 244/250 } , the major complications were ureteral perforation and obstinate hematuria, the occur rate was 4.2% { 12/280}. Conclusion: The treatment of upper ureteral calculi with pneumatic lithotripsy under ureteroscopy combined with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy has a good efficacy rate and minor damages, can effectively avoid the open operation.
