宫颈癌根治术后尿潴留的预防性护理

The Preventive Nursing for Radical Hysterectomy of Cervical Cancer Patients with Urinary Retention

目的:探讨宫颈癌根治术后患者尿潴留的预防性护理。方法:我们从宫颈癌术后发生尿潴留的主要原因、预防及治疗方面,对宫颈癌根治术后尿潴留进行预防性护理。结果:患者通过一系列预防性护理措施的实施,明显降低了子宫颈癌广泛性全子宫切除术后尿潴留的发生,取得了较满意的效果。结论:在临床工作中,只要护士能正确运用有效的预防处置及护理措施,可减少宫颈癌根治术后尿潴留的发生,促进患者的早日康复。

Objective： To explore the preventive nursing method for radical hysterectomy of cervical cancer patients with urinary retention. Method： We nurse preventively the radical hysterectomy of cervical cancer patients with urinary retention according to the causes prevention and treatment. Result： It＇s effective to decrease the occurence of urinary retention after radical hysterectimy for cervical cancer patients with preventive nursing method. Conclusion： The preventive nursing is effective for the urinary retention with better cure rate.
