目的:分析女性不孕的病因。方法:收集了1987年至1996年我院门诊病人1257例,不孕时间在1年以上。结果:不孕症的主要原因是子宫因素、内分泌失调和炎症因素。原发性不孕的首要原因是子宫因素,继发性不孕则是内分泌因素。不孕病因以子宫因素占首位。结论:造成不孕往往是多因素的,子宫发育不良是不孕症的主要原因之一,必须采用综合治疗,提高疗效。

To study the etiology of female infertility. Methods :1 257 infertile women with infertile course more than one year. Results:The major causal factors of infertility were uterine,endosecretory and inflammatory factors. Uterine factors were the main cause of primary infertility but endosecretory factors were the main cause of secondary infertility. The major location involved was uterus. Conclusions: The etiology of infertility is multifactorial > and uterus dysgenesis is one of the major causal factors. Therefore the comprehensive treatment should be taken for treating infertility.
