摘要
应用免疫组织化学和图像分析方法,对34例胃印戒细胞癌及其癌旁球样异形增生细胞(GDC)的PCNA表达和DNA含量进行检测,并以15例正常胃粘膜组织作为对照组。结果:1.印戒细胞癌,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级球样异形增生细胞PCNA阳性细胞指数依次为(74.6±8.2)%,(12.5±8.7)%,(43.3±14.9)%和(68.1±9.1)%。印戒细胞癌,Ⅱ、Ⅲ级GDC分别与对照组(6.5±3.3)%比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。2.在DNA直方图上,正常胃粘膜呈位于2C区的单峰型。SCC的众数峰右移,分布分散,各例都有>5C的非整倍体细胞。GDC图像介于二者之间,并且Ⅲ级GDC有>5C非整倍体细胞出现。我们认为GDC是异常增生的细胞,是胃印戒细胞癌的癌前病变。
Expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) and cellular nuclear DNA content were detected in gastric signet-ring cell carcinoma (SCO and paraneoplastic globoid dysplasia cells (GDC) for 34 cases by immunohistochemical technique and image analysis system. Fifteen gastric specimens served as controls. The average PCNA labeling index of the SCC was(74. 6 ± 8. 2)%,grade Ⅲ GDC(68. 1± 9.1)%,grade 11(43. 3± 14. 9)%.grade 1(12. 5±8. 7)%,and control group(6. 5 ± 3. 3)% .showing gradual decline in the above order. In histograms. normal gastric tissue showed a' single-peak type located at 2C. SCC showed lower multi-peaks which migrated to 4C and spread widely with more aneuploid O5C) cells. The histograms of GDC was between normal tissue and SCC .and there were also some a-neuploid cells in grade Ⅲ GDC. These results suggest that GDC may be a group of abnormal proliferating cells and a precancerous lesion of SCC.
