摘要
在建立创新型国家的背景下,从自主创新与公共技术采购的关系入手,对云南自主创新产品政府采购的现状进行了分析,并提出了建立云南自主创新产品政府采购管理体制的对策建议。
Aiming at establishing a new country with an innovative spirit, the paper discusses the relationship between independent innovation and the purchase of public technology, analyzes the status quo of the government purchasing of the innovative products in Yunnan Province and finally brings up some suggestion for establishing a government purchasing system for such products.
