Playing Farmers' Innovation Spirit and Setting up the Fair Game Platform

建设社会主义新农村的关键是发挥农民群众主体作用,最大限度地调动广大农民群众的积极性。然而,当前我国公平博弈平台的缺失造成了农民博弈意识和博弈能力的缺乏,从而严重影响了农民主体作用的发挥。文章从建立公平博弈平台对于发挥农民主体作用的必要性出发,探讨了公平博弈平台缺失的社会现实及原因,并提出了建立公平博弈平台的基本要求。

The socialistic new countryside should be constructed in the way that we must put the farmers into the key role and stimulate their activity. However, the absence of China＇s fair game platform caused the lack of awareness and capacity of the game, which has seriously affected the full playing of farmers＇ innovation spirit. From the viewpoint of the necessity of the fair game platform ,the au- thors focuses on discussing the social realities and the reasons of the absence of fair game platform and brings forth these basic requirements for setting up the fair game platform.
