摘要
介绍了研制的高光无痕注射成型系统及具有随形介质通路的模具结构、快速加热与冷却装置和温度测控装置的工作原理,重点分析了定模模芯中高光面壳与背板的结构、加热与冷却装置中热冷介质的4种循环路线及切换方法。通过试验,证明了该系统能够有效消除塑件表面熔接痕和流痕等缺陷,大大提高表面质量,并可使塑件免去后续喷涂工艺,是一种环保型注射成型新技术。
A high fineness and no-weldlines injection moulding system was developed. The mould structure with following media path, the work principle of rapid heating and coolirg device and temperature control device were presented. Analysis was made mainly on the constitution of high fineness panel shell and backboard of cores in fixed half, four types of media circulafion paths and its switching ways. Experiments that the system can effectively diminish surface defects like weld lines and flow mark and therefore improve the surface quality. The following spray painfing process of products is no kruger needed.
