电弧喷涂复合电刷镀实验研究

摘要 研究了电弧喷涂复合电刷镀涂层、镀层表面形貌以及断面金相组织和镀层耐磨性,得出影响复合镀覆层质量的主要因素。针对脉冲频率以及电压等参数变化对镀层表面结合性能及耐磨性的影响进行了研究和分析。结果表明:经电弧喷涂后的低熔点金属模具可以提高使用寿命。 The surface morphology of the coating and plating composite of arc spraying/electric brush plating, the section metallurgical structure and plating wearability were studied. And the main fac- tors affecting the quality of composite coatings were obtained. The effects of parameter changes like pulse frequency and voltage on the binding performance of surface and wear-resistance were investigated. The results show that low melting point metal dies via arc spraying treatment will have a longer service life. The results can be an effective solution to extend melting Point metal dies life.
