摘要
分析了输液瓶橡胶塞成型模具型腔镶件的结构工艺性,讨论了其数控加工中的几个关键问题,介绍了基于MasterCAM软件自动生成程序的手工修改方法和镶件数控加工中刀具路径、切削用量等参数的设定。
The structure processing of cavity inserts in a tool for moulding the rubber stopper of a transfusion bottle was analyzed. Several key points in its numerical control machining were discussed. Manual modification methods for automatically generating programs based on Mastercam software was introduced. The set up of parameters like cutter path and cutting amount in numerical control machining of cavity inserts were presented.
