摘要 针对单一传感器在提取全面反映焊接过程质量信息上的不足,提出了基于多传感器信息融合技术获取焊接过程状态信息的思想。介绍了信息融合理论及常用的信息融合算法,分析了焊接过程中使用的各种传感器,描述了当前信息融合理论在焊接过程中的应用情况,展望了信息融合技术在焊接过程中的应用前景。 Aiming at the deficiencies of single sensor in obtaining roundly information about welding quality,this paper proposed the idea of acquiring welding status information based on multi-sensor information technology.The paper introduce the general principle of multi-sensor information fusion and common used fusion algorithms,and analyzed the various welding sensor,then introduced the application conditions of multi-sensor information in welding process, and finally foreeasted the application prospects of multi-sensor information in welding processes.
