摘要
由于传统的氧化—还原理论的局限,无法解决钛型不锈钢焊条的气孔问题,通过试验发现药皮含水量对气孔的影响规律,提出"含水量-气孔"的新理论,为解决钛型渣系不锈钢焊条的气孔,钛钙型碳钢焊条大电流时气孔,以及开发抗潮的钛型不锈钢焊条提供了理论支持。
The porosity problem of the titania type stainless steel electrode has not been solved,owing to the limitation of the traditional porosity theory of "oxidization-deoxidization" .By testing,influencing rules between percentage of moisture for covering and porosity in the weld metal are discovered.A new theory of "Percentage of moisture-Porosity" is proposed.It offers a theoretical guidance for solving the porosity problem at bigger welding current with the titania type stainless steel electrode or the lime titania type carbon steel electrode and for developing the anti-moist titania type stainless steel electrode.
