摘要 数字化控制是焊接逆变电源的研究热点和重要发展方向之一。在介绍数字化控制焊接逆变电源内涵和发展历程的基础上,阐述了如何充分发挥数字化控制的优势,全面提升焊接逆变电源的工艺性能,以及如何通过数字化控制和功率变换电路的紧密配合,实现焊接逆变电源的全负载范围功率器件软开关。对数字化控制焊接逆变电源的全面理解和认识,将促进更深入的研究开发和更广泛的生产应用。 The digital control technology is the research focus and one of the vital developing aspects of inverter welding power supply.The connotation and development course of digital control for inverter welding power supply is introduced firstly.And then, they,how to upgrade the technical capability of inverter welding power supply by bringing the dominance of digital control into play fully, and how to realize the soft-switching of power semiconductor devices in the full-load range of inverter welding power supply by making the digital control cooperation with power converter closely, are set forth.The comprehensive apprehending and understanding of the digital controlled inverter welding power supply will promote the research and development more deeply,and production and application more widely.
