水稻品质研究进展与展望

Reviews and prospects for the research of rice grain quality

概述了目前水稻品质育种、米质评价指标、品质形成的生理机理、环境和淀粉结构对米质的影响、品质性状的遗传和基因定位、新技术在品质研究上的应用等国内外研究成果,同时结合水稻品质育种的工作实践,对水稻品质研究进行了展望。

This paper mainly reviewed some present research situations of rice quality in the world, including rice quality breeding, rice quality evaluation, physiological mechanism of quality forming, environment and starch structure on the impact of rice quality, genetics and gene mapping of quality traits, the application of new technology on quality research, and so on. At the same time, with the work practice of rice quality breeding, some prospects on rice quality research had been raised.
