研究并建立气相色谱-质谱法检测蔬菜中拟除虫菊酯类农药的分析方法:将蔬菜粉碎匀浆,加入乙腈匀质提取,盐析,40℃氮吹,正己烷溶解,过弗罗里矽柱,滤液在40℃再次氮吹近干,正己烷定容,采用Rtx-1ms色谱柱分离,质谱检测器测定,该法同时检测多种拟除虫菊酯类农药,检测结果表明,样品加标回收率在93.1%～109.9%之间,相对标准偏差在0.9%～2.6%之间,检出限在0.0035～0.029 mg/kg之间;该法简便、快速、灵敏、准确,各项技术指标均能满足蔬菜中拟除虫菊酯类农药检测的需要。

To establish a method for detection of Pyrethin pesticides in vegetables by GCMS. After vegetables smashing and homogenization, Pyrethin pesticides were extracted by acetonitrile, salted out and blown by nitrogen in 40℃, using normal hexane to solute, crossing florisil-SPE, the filtrate blown nearly to dry by nitrogen in 40℃, using normal hexane to make up to volume, separated by Rtx-lms Chromatography column, detected by mass spectrum detector. Four kinds of Pyrethin pesticides can be detected at the same time. The results showed that the recovery range was 93.1%-109.9% with relative standard deviation 0.9%-2.6%. The detection limit was 0.0035-0.029 mg/kg. The method is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate, and the technical specifications are suitable for the detection of Pyrethin pesticides in vegetables.
