Pd-Bi/C催化合成丙酮酸的研究

摘要 采用液相催化氧化丙酮醛,丙酮醛选择性转化为丙酮酸。探讨了不同载体、反应时间和温度以及催化组分Pd和Bi的添加量对丙酮酸产率的影响。结果表明,当负载Pd2.5%,物质的量比Bi/Pd为0.2,pH7~8,反应温度为45℃左右,反应时间2.5h条件下,丙酮酸产率最高,产率达86.4%。 A new method, in which methylglyoxal was oxidized by liquid phase catalysis incorder to be selectively converted to pyruvic acid with the yield reaching up to 86.4%, was introduced. The effects of reaction conditions such as different carrier, reaction time, reaction temperature, and the amount of Pd and Bi added to Pd-Bi/C catalyst on the yield of pyruvic acid were discussed. The test results showed that a highest yield could be obtained, when 2.5 % Pd was loaded on the activated carbon, the Bi/Pd mole ratio was 0.2, the pH value was 7 to 8, the reaction time was 2.5, and the reaction temperature was around 45 ℃.
