摘要
在盐酸介质中,利用溴酸根的氧化性使联苯胺显色,建立了光度法测定微量溴的新方法。方法的最大吸收波长为420nm。溴酸根含量在1~12ug/10mL范围内符合比尔定律。表观摩尔吸光系数为1.0×10^5L·mol^-1·cm^-1。将该方法用于测定化学试剂中的微量溴酸根,结果满意。
A new spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace bromate was developed based on the oxidation of benzidine by bromate in the HC1 medium. The maximum absorption wavelength of benzidine was identified at 420 nm with an apparent molar absorptivity of 1.0×10^5L·mol^-1·cm^-1. The Beer' s law was obeyed at a concentration ranging from 1 to 12 ug of bromate per 10 mL of solution.The method has been used for the determination of bromate in chemicals with satisfactory results.
