摘要 以酒石酸为原料通过改进的酯化方法合成了酒石酸二甲酯,经苯甲醛缩合,AlLiH4还原,磺酰化,以及使用LiBr进行溴代最终制得标题化合物。 1,3-Dioxolane-4, 5-bis ( bromomethyl )-2-phenyl was synthesized from its intermediates via benzaldehyde condensation, AlLiH4 reduction, sulfonylation, and bromation by LiBr. The intermediates were 2, 3-dihydroxy-(2R, 3R )-1, 4-dimethyl ester which were synthesized via tartaric acid as raw material followed by advanced csterification.
